How to Start

Upon initial contact we take the time to develop a Current Market Analysis, "CMA", of your property. This will provide you with several comparable properties that have sold in your area along with a price range that they have sold in. From there, you choose the price that you feel comfortable listing your home. After listing we take the time to prepare your property with the proper showing and scheduling procedures, to help protect your property, personal belongings, and family.
